Skill: Give every agent a job description, a boundary and a handoff.
Before you automate a workflow, write three lines:
- Job: what the agent is allowed to do.
- Boundary: what it must never touch without approval.
- Handoff: when it should stop and ask a human or another agent.
This sounds simple because it is. Most AI failures start when the system is clever but the operating agreement is vague.
